Fishing nets

Can someone tell me what I assume are fishing nets buoys for? Just west of Barcalona.

Yes perch nets there a few sets of them be careful not to,the caught in them you will lose gear

I found myself in a triple set last year looking at the buoys and trying to find a way out will make you pucker for sure it was my first time out and knew nothing about them or how they ran with downriggers and 10 colors out you cant just turn around and go back ... I lucked out and nothing bad happened !!! keep a good eye out they aren't easy to see in low light

i was told they are on bottom and rise 10ft

  I believe they are below surface 10' & go down from there.  Stay outside of the buoys, they should be at the end of the nets.
