Raymarine Dragonfly 7 gps/fishfinder issues

If anyone has a Dragonfly 7 gps/fishfinder have you had any issues with the unit not powering on. I have checked fuse (s),  plug connection , wiring . Batteries are charged. Unit does not turn on  It is only one year and two months old.  Thought I would see if anyone has any ideas before I call a Raymarine tech.  Thank You Tim

Use a voltmeter to check the power supply wire. Where it plugs into your machine. The two power terminals must show at least ten volts as they are the shutdown point to save your machine. If you have your charger on they will show fourteen volts which then indicates a factory exchange or repair deal.
