Crossbow ?

Looking for some advice on crossbows. Every reviewer I read online seem to be an advertisement for one of the sponsors. Looking for fast, quiet & reliable. I'm looking to hunt different game out of state. Opinions???

I think I'm going with the Parker gale force. It's not as fast as some others but it NYS legal & not as wide as the Excalibur.

In my opinion Excalibur Micro 335-355 Cant be beat. 1 the string can be replaced in the field. 2 It can be unstrung when not in use.(etc.) winter storage. Ive talked to a few DEC Officers and they all said they would'nt ticket a hunter for having to much draw power. They are reliable treestand narrow and very accurate. Just my opinion .

I have used a Parker center fire since crossbows became legal in NY. I am very happy with it. There are tons of options but let's face it -point-aim- safe off- fire. I chose Parker over all others that I had a opportunity to shoot for one main reason - MADE IN AMERICA. I also prefer the shotgun style stock.
