I have and they work but I don't fish for kings so they have held up for a couple years.  I made a bracket to fit onto my Bert's Tackle tracks.  Here is a less expensive option and work better than my home built ones.

I made these out of 1 1/2" pvc. They are attached to a 1/4" aluminum plate. The plate then is fastened to the slot in the gun rail of my boat (Lowe FS185). I use them for pulling worm harness for waleye and for trolling spoons for trout.
