Do I use a duo snap on harnesses or a ball-bearing snap?

If you don't have a high quality ball  bearing on your line or on the leader, you will wind up the line on your reel until it's scrap. I usually have a large ball bearing snap swivel on my pole so I can attach jets, dipsey's, spin doctors or harnesses. I tie round ended duo snaps on both ends of my fluorocarbon leaders, but sometimes cut one off if I'm going for a stealthy stick bait presentation and tie the stick on direct. Harness use on Erie is getting tough to do if there are too many silver bass in the area. They will drive you nuts stealing your night crawlers.
