I haven’t been out in a bit historically I’ve done well around the 4th in 60fow west of SP.

Stickbaits on sideplaners with snap weights over 55+ feet of water out to the Canadian line and West  is a good place to start. Mayflies are hatching now and walleyes feed on them as they leave the surface

Headed out of Buffalo the AM and went to the line (52FOW), trolled for a few hours only moving rods on drum (one was a monster). Packed up and moved to 65 FOW off of sturgeon. Screen looked good for fish tight on the bottom. Managed 3 on a variety of sticks and harnesses with a few more drum mixed in. Definitely seems as though the place to be is SP, Catt, or Dunkirk.
