Got 14 Friday between dumping grounds and 7 mile 48-52'. Dreamweaver SS and scorpion spoons.  2-5 color LC were the best.  Same program Saturday morning, and got 8, but had to be off water by 10.  One was a 9.5# slob.

I’m thinking about heading to Erie this weekend and launching out of Walnut Creek but I’m getting conflicting wind reports from NOAA and the IWINDSURF App. Does anyone that lives close by have any insight for the local weather this weekend thanks

Looks like winds out of the North at around 10 knots. Will make for some tough sledding plowing into them heading out so you can troll back south with the wind at your back. Expect 2-3's with the current forecast.

I also use Windfinder in addition to those you listed.

After last nights blow and continuing now, the eastern basin surface water temperature reached 65 degrees F. this morning. Usually this does not happen to July 1st but it happened early now.

Was out this morning, SLOWWWWWW!!  only 3 fish, one weighed just over 9 lbs (no we are not in the tournament), nothing on sticks, fish came on different color harnesses and 1 big 5 lb sheepshead.  Not sure where all the walleye are?
