Got 28 today , did pretty dam good , 2 fish short of a 5 man limit ,and we actually got 31 total , 1 throwback , and 2 lost fish

8:30AM, no breeze now, later like noon,? Start at 55 foot and look at your fish finder. Keep going out to the Canadian line and watch the screen. When fish are seen, set your down riggers to below the fish. After seeing big hooks above the cannonballs, pop the lures free and flutter your lures up through the fish. Worm harnesses troll at less than 1mph. Stickbaits troll at 2 to 2.5 mph. Big clouds of bait on the bottom, try for perch with one minnow on the mud near your sinker.
