Just ordered Chamberlain's can't wait to try them. Been using black for Salmon, but with walleye I like way the Chamberlain is designed. Only $20 each.

Bout guarantee you will be using them for salmon too. The Blacks will take a back seat.

We run Chamberlains also great releases, run them for walleye and salmon we troll 2.5 to 3 s.o.g. with large flashers for salmon with no problems. then adjust them for walleye on Erie. or when there are a lot of small salmon around.

I run chamberlins and own blacks also. Chamberlins are great when I fish the fingers i loosen them up and have even the smallest rainbows release them and then go to Ontario and put 11 in paddles behind them no problems

When fishing for walleye I turn my chamberlains out 3 to 3.5 turns from bottoming out.  They will release on small eyes when set up like this.

tried my new chamberlains today and they worked pretty good. Glad I bought them. Had 3 or 4 actually trip the release today! And I was able to get most the blowback cranked out. Well worth $20 each.

Been using my Chamberlains on both Erie and Ontario all season. They are far superior to anything else I tried. I agree with Garry, they are worth the $    

I haven't tried the stacker version yet.

I have the stacker version, and it's as nice as the "regular" one....... The only comment is that it works fine on "normal" downrigger cable, but does not work on coated cable (for Depthraider).
