Shellback Posted March 24, 2019 Report Posted March 24, 2019 When does the walleye bite start in North East, PA. My first trip was last Aug, but we had a lot of wind. When we could get on the lake with my 16 foot Alaskan, we did well. Probably camp at Lakeside.
jimski2 Posted March 25, 2019 Report Posted March 25, 2019 When the surface water temperatures reach the seventy degree level, the walleyes migrate to off shore deeper waters. Erie has good colder depths offshore there . 65 foot depths are a good place to start then.Sent from my iPhone using Lake Erie United Mobile App
Fishnut Posted March 25, 2019 Report Posted March 25, 2019 The further west you go the earlier you can start.
