Puking Dog Posted April 9, 2020 Report Posted April 9, 2020 I'm curious about the trolling motor on the bow. Are you using that for steering control going into the wind ? Does it control the boat well ? I have a crestliner eagle and I push it with a kicker, but it can be hard to steer the boat into the wind unless wind is under 10 and you pay complete attention. I've heard of people steering the bow with an electric troller mounted like that but I've never actually seen it done and Crestlners have a pretty tall bow.
