I am in Erie. This is pretty true to an XL size with room in the shoulders for casting or other outdoor activities where you are using your arms a lot.

Specs from the Orvis site....Chest 46-48	Neck Size 17.5 (I would say it is roomier than this)  Sleeve 35.8
