    Saturday morning west of SP got 4 walleye 1 perch. Two on Renosky crystalinas on dypsies two on copper harnesses. The big guy is 27".

    Headed out at 265 to 70 to 79' of water. No one we ran into did anything. 4 boats when we pulled out , 1 fish.

    Friday evening shakedown out of sbh, in front of windmills, 7 to 10 pm.

    Went to the Sportsman Show yesterday with my son, picked up a nice assortment of Colorado blades. So I'll doing some tying this afternoon .Met most of the crew from Ultimate Outdoors of WNY. Also picked up another trolling rod, a net, and $14.00 worth of kettle corn. Life is good.

    I'm adding LED lighting to the inside rear of the boat for night trolling, and upgrading to a Hummingbird Helix 5 DI-gps. Another thing we're adding a tie rod to the kicker off of the main engine to make steering while trolling less of a pita.

    Well that beats my1976 StarCraft open bow, 16', fiberglass, 70 Merc, 5 hp Nisson kicker. Had our last walleye fish fry Ash Wednesday, sad, but can't wait for this season. Good luck with the new site.
