There is a max speed button on my remote. Some times I just turn the head in the direction I want to go and just tap the max speed enough to steer. Another great feature is the autopilot. If it's calm out (1' or less) I can turn auto pilot on and the boat will steer itself in the direction it's set at. Speed is adjustable to about .1 - .2 mph increments Sent from my iPhone using Lake Erie United Mobile App

No. That is the I pilot link which is another $500. The motor will have a gps unit in the head allowing it to remember up to three locations and tracks Sent from my iPhone using Lake Erie United Mobile App

24 volt minn kota terrova with I pilot. I use mine to steer while trolling for kings on Ontario with the main motor as thrust. I also use it to troll sticks at night on Erie for eyes. I get 5-8 hrs depending on current and wind running it full time. Spot lock is great for perching. Should run you about $1500-1800 but it will open up so many different ways to fish. Tough bite last night. Trolling only produced one fish. Casting to fish once we located some and a steady retrieve produced another. But sight fishing and slowly twitching a sinking stickbait triggered the most strikes. It's still a bit early for that crazy night time bite but I'm happy with my night. Had my father in law and sister in law aboard and they wanted to leave around 3 Sent from my iPhone using Lake Erie United Mobile App

Pounded them today!! Had to work for them a bit after about 10:30 but managed a two man limit of keepers. Threw back about 20-30 more and a ton of whites. Got a bonus Smallie too. It was a blast!!! Sent from my iPhone using Lake Erie United Mobile App

Welcome. I fish out of buffalo, Dunkirk, and olcott. Sent from my iPhone using Lake Erie United Mobile App -
Any must have colors of stingers or other baits? I'm mostly an NK guy as I tend to run fast and like the paint to to stay on my spoons but I keep hearing the stingers have fixed their paint problems somewhat. Sent from my iPhone using Lake Erie United Mobile App

I have a few boxes of rats, rapalas, reef runners, yozuri, etc. A couple renowskys. I run 1,3,5, and 10 colors for trout and salmon. I have various inline weights, dive bombs, and drop weights. Couple tx44's, couple tx22's, and a couple walleye boards. 4 wire divers. Seems like it's all very similar to King fishing, except the reward tastes better. Lol. Find the fish and fish above them. Anybody use spoons with success? Sent from my iPhone using Lake Erie United Mobile App

I'm going to spend more time chasing eyes out of buffalo and Dunkirk this summer. I'm slowly collecting gear. Been catching kings in olcott my whole life but not too experienced with the eyes. What are some lures and setups you consider must have? Sent from my iPhone using Lake Erie United Mobile App
