BP Swing

What a shame these fish are no longer around. I have always heard about them but they were before my time. I remember several years ago there was a story about a guy who kept one in his freezer for like 25-30 years or so. Too bad they couldnt reverse engineer that with the DNA or something. I have caught walleyes in Quebec that had a blue hue to them and always wondered if somehow they were related but I guess the biologists squashed that idea. I have heard of blueish colored walleyes in several Canadian lakes but I dont think theres a connection unless somebody stocked blues there years ago. Too bad. I wonder if there was any in Lake Ontario? All I ever hear about is Lake Erie.
