    I think there is many different baits that have fallen out of favor that still catch fish. We often are looking for the next best thing!

    We use riggers deep later in the year. We always need to be cautious & check lines often, or may end up dragging around a small one all day.

    I have always had better luck with night crawlers. They say gulp is more durable, which it is. But dragging one gulp worm all day & not catching near as much isn't what I'm looking for.

    East end tactics Why is bottom bouncing & worm harnesses used so much more on this end of the lake? PA & Ohio guys run sticks & spoons off boards mostly!
