Spend the past few weekends taking the kids out with my brother. Haven't he much luck with crappie but hungry perch all over the south end. Size has been good too. Sent from my iPhone using Lake Erie United Mobile App

Took the kids to hit the canals yesterday looking for crappie. No crappie but plenty of perch to keep them busy. Kept the bleeders to try out the electric fillet knife I got for Christmas. -

I just installed LEDs Wednesday around the inside and was happy with how they turned out. Your going to enjoy the Helix 5. I got the sonar-gps model last year and love it, you just have to make sure that you go through the disc that comes with it and take notes, or take your laptop out to the boat with you and go through it. I'm looking to add a 24 gallon tank, and another set of trolling rods so we can run an 8-9 rod spread this year since we mastered 6 last year. -
Excited to be part of this new site. Currently I live in Erie and have a cottage on Chautauqua and hit both lakes as much as possible. Last year was my first year fishing Lake Erie and I am hoping to expand on last years success. Like the rest of you I'm excited to get the 2016 season going and looking forward to seeing everyone's success on the site.
