  2. lineman49,The Erie County Fishery Advisory Board will have a meeting/ demo at the Safe Boat Harbor Launch on June 2nd with the NY State Parks Dept yo address our concerns and changes that need to be made.Did you see all the black scoff tire marks on the curbs of the snake roads leading in and out,if your not exactlybin the middle of the roads path your boat trailer tires will hit the curb in many places, kinda narrow! 3. yellowpike,I took one look at the zoo and went to Donley's Wall. At least all 5 of us boats there trolled through the end of wall bar one by one turned out at the end of the run and ran back yo get in line again, working together smoothly! Sent from my SM-G930V using Lake Erie United Mobile App

  5. Remaster considering a slow day & night daytime was a little more productive yesterday.Bottom bouncing with 3-D worm harnesses in Copper/Orange thumper blade at 1.7 mph with electric trolling motor in 30 ft of water from Woodlawn Bar to Hamburg Beach & back.Current pull toward the river flowing SW,so best action was going SW against the slight current. 6. Daytime was not to good yet,3 eyes & 5 smallmouth on copper/orange 3 D thumper blade harnesses.30 ft off Hamburg.Last night I did not get on the water until 10 pm.Went to Woodlawn Bar and it was a war zone with 30 to 40 boats, decided to turn back to Donley's Wall.Only 4 other boats there trolling. We did not do good there, only caught one eye.One friend in another boat had 3.We quit early it was so slow.At the SBH Launch talked to a few other guys returning and a lot had Zippo and the most I heard of was 3. 8. I had bad luck years back with using a trolling plate. In high waves and strong winds, the trolling plate got bent and twisted, this caused me lots of problems with boat control, pulling off to one side.Limped in riding waves. So if I can't get slow enough now I use drift socks tied off the bow cleats to get down to 1.5 mph on glass flat water days. 24. I heard that if you back down the launch ramp to close to the cement walk, you can't get your door open.Cement walk is so high you have to walk back up the launch ramp to get on,need two persons to launch. When your backing down the launch ramp at one point your boat & trailer disappear over the drop, making it hard to see if your backing down centered. Will suggest 4 ft high collapsible marker posts instead of painted lines, for easier sight when boat is over ramp drop but truck is still at the top. Also they need to paint orange markings on the cement walk sides so easier to see in bright sunlight where ramp cement will blend with walk cement. No reason why they can't cut steps near the water in the cement walks. Then with the current water level, you have to wade in 2 to 3ft of water to crank boat back on your trailer.Hopefully if water levels go back down to normal levels this problem is gone. 25. We went NE out of the Cat so we could ride the waves back if they went higher then the 3 frees at 6 am,we did get a few 4 fters and wind was beginning to increase when we left at 11 am.Those of us that went out of the Cat did not know of the Tourney being cancelled, but it is what it is I would have still gone out anyway.Congrats Jimski2 for the luck of the draw!
