    Got a chance to fish with Joe and Capt. Ryan (Buddie Charters) last night out front of Cleveland targeting some walleyes. Had a BLAST! Ryan is a fantastic captain and runs a nice spread. Fished mainly 12-30 FOW targeting suspended fish. Seen plenty and was able to get 8 to the net (and ultimately to the grill ). I never had a chance to fish down in front of Cleveland before but that really cool - scenic city views and plenty of fish to keep us happy.

    It's a good question Burnin Daylight - I would have to image that a captain who has registered their business either as a DBA or LLC would have rights to that name within that state. Of course I am no expert in this field but my recommendation would be to register the business name or at least check to make sure no one else in your state has already taken it. Registering the name might still not stop others from trying to use the same thing but at least you will have the legal rights to fight it if you choose.

    Had a great time there with the family yesterday. It was fun getting to meet a lot of guys and fishing the trout pond with my daughters. Looking forward to trying out some of new lures I bought as well this year on Erie.
